The general objective of this project was to develop a comprehensive plan for enhancing public spaces, improving mobility, and restoring the environment. This integrated design aimed to address both physical-spatial and social elements, creating a cohesive connection between Morrorrico Park and the Water Park with the rest of the city. ​​​​​​​

Specific Objectives: 
• Rescue the landscape potential of the site to generate an attractive image that turns the area into an urban hub and a visual center. 
• Establish a link between the area and the city through a symbol that encourages a sense of belonging and identification. 
• Benefit the residents through a project that uses urban transformation as a strategy to improve the conditions of public space, connections between neighborhoods, and mobility in this area. 
• Promote continuity in pedestrian mobility through the improvement and construction of urban walks, linear parks, cycle routes, and public spaces. 
• Propose a landscape architecture that respects and promotes the natural environment of the escarpment, taking into account that the topography plays an important role in the development of the project."
